About Tutamen
One job: getting marketplace sellers out of trouble.
Tutamen is a boutique practice built around a single problem — sellers in dispute with Amazon and other marketplaces. We do not do general corporate work. We do this.
Most sellers meet a lawyer at the worst possible moment: an account is deactivated, a disbursement is frozen, or a sealed court order has emptied a bank balance. The work is to turn that moment into a recoverable position — fast, and at a price you can see before you commit.
We post fixed fees because hiding them helps no one but the firm. We work in English and Russian, with EU- and Spanish-language support, and we coordinate cross-border matters with partner counsel where local admission is required.
Who is responsible for your matter
Tutamen is a boutique practice focused on Amazon and marketplace seller disputes. Matters are handled by, or in partnership with, lawyers admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. A responsible attorney is assigned to every engagement; for EU regulatory matters that is an EU-admitted partner. We do not publish individual bar-admission, law-school or third-party-ranking claims.
What we will not do
We will not promise a result, quote a superlative about ourselves, or take a matter we cannot staff properly. No outcome is guaranteed, and we say so plainly.
